Best Things to Do in Belize – City Attractions

OK, so Belize City isn’t going to be one of your favorite destinations ever, but there are still some great things you can do there, and because the international airport is there, you often do have some time to spend right in the city. The Belize Zoo is our top recommendation, it is only 45 minutes from town and just might be the highlight of your trip. There is an excellent museum in downtown Belize City, and it is not far from the Swing Bridge, the center of downtown. There are many excellent restaurants in the city as well.
