Belize Adventure Week 2010 - 2011
2009-2010 prices (listed above) confirmed for all 2010-2011 trip dates until June except Christmas/New years dates, which are marked with * above.
Updated prices, dates, and all itinerary changes are finalized in June of each year for the season starting the following November. Bookings for Adventure Island at Glover's Reef and Belize Adventure Week packages that are received prior to June of 2010 for the 2010-2011 season will receive confirmation at the 2009-2010 season rate for all trip dates except the Christmas/New Year period dates, which are marked above.Reservations are confirmed with a $450 pp deposit.
We don't confirm Christmas/New Year's trips at the current year's prices because we could sell those seats 5 times over. We wait until one season has ended to set prices for the next; we can then analyze costs for the entire just-finished season. Those who book for Christmas/New Years period trips prior to June will pay the new rate if there is one. We will not raise prices higher than a 10% increase.
We also reserve the right to make changes in itinerary and other facets of all trips at the end of the 2009-2010 season. Payment of deposit for a trip prior to when itinerary details are finalized (June of 2010) implies acceptance of all itinerary changes for the 2010-2011 season. No itinerary changes will be drastic. There is a possibility that some of the 2010-2011 listed dates may become unavailable until set in June of 2010, there is also a possibility that new dates or new itineraries may be added. We will not cancel a trip for which we have already accepted a deposit.
